Persecuting PGMA on electoral fraud is good or bad for our country?

GOOD OR BAD? YOU DECIDE

It is time for all of us Pinoys all over the world to be aware of what is really happening in our country. We, the common people must act now in our own little way to help whatever we can to improve the image of our 1 and only Philippines.

We must combat all the negative works being done by our authorities. It is still politics at its highest and their direction is supposed to get rid of corruption but it is turning to be uncertain.

As seen on TV, in the papers, and heard in the radios, Government is now going all out to prove that our former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is guilty of electoral fraud. This is where my questions arise.

Assuming the government of PNOY is successful to prove that PGMA was guilty of electoral fraud, does it invalidate her as the duly elected president then? If that is the case, a big question arises. Does that mean that all the contracts she has signed were invalid?

Perhaps because if she is declared a phony President, then all the contracts are not valid since it was signed by a phony President.

Where do we go then? Good thing is that corruption will be exposed and we would know who were corrupt and they will be penalized accordingly. However, I can also see CHAOS as the final answer. Can you imagine what will happen if all the contracts PGMA has signed in 9 years of her presidency is declared invalid. CHAOS, CHAOS, CHAOS…..  Is this what the government of PNOY wants? Is this what they think is good for the Filipino people? What will the other countries think of us now? Will they still do business with us?

I hope there will be lawyers who can read this article and share his/her thoughts so as to enlighten us about this issue.
